About Megan
Meg Butler is a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with the Association for Nutrition (AfN) and holds a first class Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Public Health. She has over eight years of experience within public health settings, universities and in clinics across London and the Midlands, working with both children and adults to improve overall and dietary health, through nutrition education and behaviour change.
Meg now specialises in 1-1 nutrition consultations and group nutrition workshops, using evidence-based nutrition and the latest research to tackle long standing difficulties with food to achieve individual goals in a realistic and sustainable way.
