My name Mark and I have been working within the health and wellbeing industry for approx. 18 years.
At the age of 25 I decided I wanted to further my knowledge within the health and fitness sector and took the opportunity to tackle a Sport and Exercise Science degree at CoventryUniversity. This was an amazing experience and taught me a wide range of knowledge and skills, including Sports Coaching, Nutrition and Sports Psychology just to name a few.
I have a passion for helping others as I believe that we all deserve the right to have good health. I have a keen interest in mental health and for 6 years I worked in a secure environment working as a Health Manager, improving the lifestyle of individuals whether that be Physically, Mentally or Socially. This is where I gained a passion for rehabilitation and I’m currently studying a Level 4 Massage Therapy qualification.
